1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Order and Payment Terms
All orders require a minimum notice period of 48 hours. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon collection. Prices are subject to change without notice. All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted) with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations made within 48-24 hours will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the collection time will not be eligible for any refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
4. Allergen Disclaimer
While we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bake Tasty and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
